Not a medical provider
Sarv Dharam Sewa Foundation ("SDSF") is not a hospital, blood bank, or medical provider. Sarvdharam Blood only helps voluntary donors and people seeking blood find each other; it does not perform blood testing, screening, cross-matching, or transfusions. Compatibility, eligibility, and safety of any actual donation must be confirmed by a qualified hospital or blood bank, not by information shown on this platform.
No guarantee of donor availability
We do our best to broadcast requests to nearby matching donors quickly, but we cannot guarantee that a suitable donor is available, that a listed donor will respond, or that a response will arrive within any particular time. Donor listings reflect self-reported information at the time of registration and may be out of date (e.g. a donor may have donated recently or become temporarily ineligible since registering).
Volunteer-run, facilitation only
The platform is operated by volunteers on a best-effort, non-commercial basis. We are not a party to any donation that takes place after two users are matched — the donor and the seeker are solely responsible for verifying each other's details, coordinating with a hospital/blood bank, and completing the donation safely. SDSF is not liable for the conduct, statements, or actions of any donor or seeker using the platform.
